Sign on Street, Lane, Sidewalk - Request for New at 205 Riverfront Av SW
Issue: Roadmarking (Add or Modify)
Details of request: Since Eau Claire has been closed to cyclists there is no safe detour. I was nearly hit by a car on the city's recommended detour, it is unsafe. If cyclists are being removed from the pathway, they need somewhere to go - we need a new temporary path. I would suggest using the north parking lane (photo shows 1 of 4 cars in 5 blocks of 2nd Ave, 10am on a thursday) on riverfront Ave from reconciliation bridge to 2nd st SW, 2nd st to 2nd Ave, 2nd Ave, to 4th and eau Claire Ave to 6th st.
