Someone dumped a bunch of dirt and large rocks at the entrance to the alley way. It appears to have been house 151 who were doing yard work all day and have loose soil all over their driveway. (No solid proof though.) The debris requires cleaning.

Specific Details of issue: Large rocks and soil were dumped at the entrance to the back lane. If someone hits this when driving at night, it could cause damage.
