DO NOT USE - Mowing in a Park - Residential Boulevard up to 50km/h-WAM at 101 Mt Alberta Vw SE

After the completion of the slope stabilization project at Mt Alberta View SE in late 2019, the contractor sprayed grass seed. This seed never grew because they hadn't prepped the dirt properly. It is now a weed covered mess. The Patterson Homestead monument is also requiring repair. The contractor also didn't grade the slope next to 101 Mt Alberta View SE properly and it's too steep to mow now.
