Specific Details: I contacted previously and this is how it was "fixed" a few years ago. Now it is crumbling, there is a distinct height difference between slabs etc. it's becoming more of a hazard now!!
Specific Location: Main sidewalk in front of house directly in front of the residence sidewalk
