Poor concrete pour. Split between concrete slabs is wide enough for a road bike tire. The original fix was with some kind of rubber but it's missing partially. I almost crashed my road bike today when my tire slipped into the crack suddenly. It's also wide enough for a wheelchair tire and it's right by the special needs drop off zone.
