Specific Details: The two alleys have been blocked off with posts and a cable to keep cars from going through, however, a fair amount of people walk or ride bikes around the barricade which become slippery due to mud etc.
Specific Location: North end of the alley behind (east) of Lake Christina Way SE, where it joins to the alley behind (south) of Lake Sylvan Drive SE.
