Pothole forming in front of drain. This happens every 1 to 2 years in the same spot.
Specific details of the issue: The location has been repairs a few times. Last time was summer 2019. There were no issues until I noticed the beginnings of a cave in this afternoon.
Specific Location details: On the corner of 300 Panatella Crt and Panatella Circle NW. In front of storm drain.
