At Citadel Park School Playground someone has put a bike lock around the flying fox. I was at this playground yesterday and the flying fox was operating normally. Perhaps some teenagers played a prank or local resident doesn't like kids playing in the park. Can someone from City Parks come and take the lock off. Thanks in advance.
