Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 9724 15 St SE

Fence repair required at Sue Higgins
Describe the concern. My dog got cut from the fence at the Sue Higgins dog park. We noticed numerous places at the squared pen area on the east side of the park where the fence has exposed ends (broken wires) which is dangerous to dogs and people.
