Flooded Alley needs grading

Specific details of the issue: There have been multiple requests made to properly grade the alley on the east side of Georgia Street SW. after sewer repairs two years ago the alley regularly floods and ponds of water do not drain from the alley. We have had attempts at grading that have not been done properly and the Stillwater has caused sinkholes in the alley. This south end of the alley needs to be properly graded to ensure water runs off to the adjacent street. It will require adding gravel to build up the height of the alley and sloping it down to the street. I have flooding problems in my garage because of this in spring.
