Backlane Maintenance at 1149 19 St SW

We recently had a sidewalk built along 19th St. In order to level the back lane with the sidewalk, gravel was added. However now the back lane is not graded properly and all the water runoff from melting is pooling at our garage doors. We would like to request to have this regraded to allow proper drainage.
