Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 2121 17 St SW

I have tripped over this pole and bracket that was left after the pole was cut down it looks like. With the snow coming it could become a bigger issue when hidden under snow.
Nature of Concern: Protruding Sidewalk Edge (Trip Edge)
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: It's a metal pole that was cut down and the bracket and a piece of pole is sticking out and I major hazard.
Specific Location: In front of 2121 17 St SW. I'm on the side walk and is right in front of the Mainstreet road sign.
