Spring Street Cleaning at 302 24 Av SW

New bike lanes on 2nd street are great, but only when the snow is cleared. Not cleared yet and ice and snow make the lanes unusable so far, plus sidewalks are being cleared and snow deposited on bike lanes both northbound and southbound. They were great until the snow came. Please get them on the clearing and sanding plan
