The timing of the traffic light at fourth Ave and fourth street sw has been off for some time now during the morning Rush hour . The flow of traffic westbound on fourth avenue is constant until this light. It causes traffic backup unnecessarily to the point that sometimes when it turns green cars only make it one block until hitting the next light at 5th street which also turns red prematurely.
