BIG dip in the road along all 3 lanes. Coming down Sarcee before you turn right into 16th

Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks

Specific location details: Worst in the right turn lane and the middle lane going straight to the underpass. It's right across all 3 lanes. Caused by the cross traffic from that road that comes out from the trailer park. Please see google maps pic There's a big dip along with a turn and if it Ices up in the winter. You're going to have a big accident(s) right there. I had reported this earlier line 6 weeks ago. Someone called me and I don't know if they weren't able to find the location or what not. But still not resolved.
