Please REMOVE grey metal fence/barrier/hand rail to provide better access to the river banks in this area. This is west of 14th Street on the south Bow River Pathway. This is especially important in the summer months. IF NOT POSSIBLE - please email me to tell me why the railing can't be removed. Email in profile.
