Calling u guys since 3 day and created 2 case but both been close without moving snow from our culdisec. We can not take car out. Can you send some one asap or call me. 6 house in Culdesac are effected who unable to take car out due to 24 inch of snow in our Culdesac. Called you twice and created case twice and everytime you guys close case as completed but no one even came here. Not sure why city love to neglect NE part of city .
