Fence Concern in a Park at 83 Strathlorne Cr SW

Two residents do not have fencing along STR001. They have feeders there and deer migrate through there continuously. This is also an off leash dog park...so the interfacing should be limited.
Describe the concern. Deer are migrating through the off leash dog park...thanks to people feeding deer in their backyards without fences.
