A loader dumped this snow in front of my neighbours house and they are barely young enough to clear the snow within their own drive.
Issue: Road Plowing/Clearing request - hazardous/emerg
Specific details of issue: Why would they dump these piles in front of another person's house? At least dump on side yard lot
