Furniture or Structure Concern in a Park-WAM at 1383 Southland Dr SE

Sue Higgins Park. Previously requested a permanent repair on ticket 20-00964668, but it has not been done. This plexiglass is going to guillotine a dog or child when it falls out. Please provide a permanent solution as park users keep pushing it open and removed a U-bolt I previously screwed on the clasp to keep it shut.
