No left turn sign when left turns are allowed

Sign Concern: Wrong Sign
Location Details: Leaving beacon heights shopping to turn left onto sarcee southbound there is a no left turn sign but obviously you can turn left. This is very confusing having the wrong sign and traffic gets backed up with people confused leaving the shopping centre
