Real Canadian Wholesale Refuses to Collect Cart

Specific Details of issue: Store Manager Alex at Real Canadian Wholesale knows his cart has been there for 6 weeks. Refuses to pick it up. Says @loblawsco doesn't give him a truck. Gaelen Weston Jr must be short on cash. Please have bylaw impound (and don't shop there).
