Specific Details: I tripped on a protruding edge and fell on my chin. I have a mild concussion but no fractures (fortunately). There are many protruding edges & uplifted slabs on this sidewalk between Meredith Road & 1st Ave NR
Specific Location: West Sidewalk on Edmonton Trail and beside Bridgeland Distillery
