Mowing in a Park - Residential Boulevard up to 50km/h-WAM at 373 Marquis Ld SE

Due to lack/ infrequent mowing, foxtails are totally out of control and spreading to grassy areas, choking out grass. Path is frequented by many dogs and these obnoxious weeds are very hazardous to dogs. Causing huge vet. bills as per CTV news August 2,2022. If these weeds could be kept under control home owners would deeply appreciate it as well as making properties look much nicer.
