Garbage from the condo at this location is a recurrent theme. Several condo and single homes use this access/ the renters from the condo in the picture do not place bins back to the side of the garage and is a egress and access safety issue. The grader did not finishing filling holes and pack new gravel at the end of this laneway likely due to the bins. The grader stopped right in this area. Thank you. The owners of this property need to be made aware of this situation and a warning or fine.
