Turning left onto Barlow trail heading towards the airport. The red light was on for about 10 mins and did not change to green until a car drove through the red. This happened at 7:30AM. Huge traffic jam with cars piling up and there are also cars that need to turn right onto Barlow but too many cars clogged up to turn left
