Pedestrian and Cycling Pathway - Repair - WAM at 104 34 A St NW

Cycle path, please resign it. Tell walkers it is not mixed use. URGENT. Please help. X2 incidents between 7am and 8am. Walkers using cycle path and refusing to stand aside to let bikes pass. West to East commuters. One cyclist jumped off bike and confronted walkers. I had to intervene. Please, clearly mark the cycle path around Outflow and beyond. Walkers emerge from Outflow into the oncoming path of cyclists. Yes, the walkers are being ridiculous but the confrontations are escalating. Please help.
