Back Alley gravel not cleared during street sweeping in 4 years. Driving my motorcycle and using brakes the back end managed to slide out from underneath and have caused injury due to lack of interest to clean back alley by city. The guidelines state that any back alley that is paved by city should be swept and cleaned by city but repeatedly failed to do so or acknowledge that it needs cleaning!!
