Describe Issue: Still when a ctrain crosses for the past 11 years, drivers cannot turn left onto westbound 17th Ave SW. When you drive, you watch your gas go down from idling and when you're on foot, you cannot cross the road to catch the train you could catch to work or school. You'd end up being late in that scenario. This is worse when it's minus god knows what in wintertime waiting in the cold possibly catching whatever sickness possible.
