There's significant water pooling on the sidewalk from 9432 Elbow Drive to 9407 Elbow drive. Not all of the sidewalk needs to be replaced, but the areas in red should be replaced at a minimum. Sidewalk heaving and cracks causes water to pooling across the entire sidewalk in these spots, which freezes over after chinooks. This is a huge safety hazard for the elderly on the area. I live in one of these houses, and it is impossible to keep up on ice removal when the sidewalks become water pools.
