Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 2 Panorama Hills Grove NW

The sidewalk pools with over 4 inches of water as the drain channel meant to take the water from the sidewalk to the street so it drains correctly is currently higher than the sidewalk. Very little water uses the channel to get it onto the street. The sidewalk needs to be raised some to better facility water removal.
