In the alley between 52nd and 53rd Avenue, we have an issue with draining in the manhole due to how the alleyway was paved. We are still paying taxes on this paving and yet every year, if drive over this area, we will wreck our tires. It's so bad some days, we can't access the alley because there is so much water, it will impact our mechanics. Two of the neighbours often deal with flooding garages on these days. We're really tired of this. It needs to be addressed. I write or call in every year.
