This happens every year in front of 7,11,13,15,17 Gissing Dr SW because the CofC who owns the road let's snow& ice pile up to where no homeowner can keep the sidewalk safe. The CofC has known for years and needs to keep this happening by adding a drain into sewer at this location or keep it clear of ice and snow as it is a safety hazard to anyone who walks on this ice packed sidewalk owned by the CofC
