Describe Issue: The dual left turn lane to east bound memorial has been changed into a single left turn lane. This is causing large disruptions to the traffic flow in the area, we people (understandably) getting frustrated and resorting to all sorts of unsafe driving behaviours, making the situation worse for other drivers, bikers and pedestrians. This was not the intent of the original project on the bridge.
