Year three of tripping hazard and damage to vehicles. Adding asphalt made this worse for vehicles. Tripping hazard remains in front of very busy dog park entrance and seniors pathway. Please grind this down so we can enter our parking lot - multiple senior residents cannot park in their paid spots and instead are forced to park on public roadways with associated hazards.
