Provide a sign in the dead-end section of Bowridge Dr NW to allow Perpendicular Parking on the South side.

Details of request: Due to the loss of the carpool parking in the SW quadrant of Hwy 1 and 201 interchange to the Ring road expansion people have used the parking on Bowridge Dr. for carpooling to reduce traffic, pollution and inner city or mountain lots crowding. This worked for a few years until quite recently someone decided that such parking was a sin and people were issued parking fines for perpendicular parking. Why is the city fighting attempts to reduce our physical and CO2 footprint?!

Specific location details: The photo clearly shows the street - one that has no traffic, or curbs to define the actual roadway - clearly has adequate space on its South side to allow perpendicular parking. A sign stating "Perpendicular Parking Only" should be erected there,
