Back alley has degraded due to construction. Cars getting stuck. No gravel left. Fencing is down. Construction vehicles using it when there is a front street they can use.

Specific details of the issue: See pictures. There is no more gravel left in the alleyway due to construction vehicles pushing the mud over it. There are deep ruts in the alley so cars are getting stuck. Construction delivery trucks sit in the alley blocking it. Erosion fencing has been ripped away. Large puddles are forming in the ruts behind my house. Mud is accumulating in my garage due to mud and no gravel. The ruts are below the sidewalk at the end of the alley.

Specific Location details: The back alley behind the 1400 block of Legacy Circle. There is no fencing behind my house and several others in the alley of 1473 Legacy Circle.
