Keep seeing a man putting shoes into the catch basin, current 3 pairs. I was able to move them out of the way of the pipe but they need to be removed. I think some may have gotten into the pipe as we have backup problems during heavy rain. It's on the east end of Howse Cres and on southwest corner.
