Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 26 Auburn Springs Pa SE

Green lid for(I believe) underground storm drainage in the wetlands behind our house. The lid was off and my daughter fell in this morning and she was soaked from her foot to above her waist. She would have fallen further if her other foot went in the hole. Please close and lock the lid
