Dog on leash- Place big and lots of signs on the pond area behind cornerstone manor. No one can notice the small signs inaddition we need a by law officer on petrol to give out tickets to these dog owners. Multiple incidents of aggressive dog's attacking ppl in neighborhood who come out for walks.
