Specific Details: A contractor (sub trade for Whissell??) 3 tonne grey truck drove up on curb during recent heavy/wet snow and got stuck. Destroyed the blvd and should be held accountable and pay for repairs. Had a globe in side of truck. Likely for sewer upgrade
