As a longstanding resident of the Silverado community, I have relied on public transportation, particularly the 102 line, for almost 8 years. It is disheartening to report such an experience, as the majority of your drivers have consistently exhibited professionalism and courtesy. However, this incident left me feeling deeply offended. I noticed passengers inside the bus and at the station looking at me, which added to my embarrassment and frustration, prompting me to reach out and express my concerns. The driver in question appeared to be a male in his late 50s, with a grayish beard, and the bus plate number is PDE-162.
