Concrete delivery damaged road!

Issue: Uneven Surfaces / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: A Lafarge concrete mixer parked in our cul-de-sac yesterday late afternoon to deliver concrete to our neighbour's backyard. They put down stabilizers which have caused 4 holes in the beautiful asphalt you redid last year. They are directly interfering with my driveway exit and are a hazard to anyone biking around our area. I have contacted my neighbour at 320 to ask for the name of the concrete company doing the work, but it was a Lafarge truck that made the holes.

Specific location details: In road, about 2 and 3 metres from curb. 4 holes and a couple of scrapes.
