SB left lane closed while we can not go through 19th st at Kensington I do not understand stand why Sb 19 is reduced to one lane this adds to the congestion and does not keep the workers safe on the south side of Kensington leave the lane open so east bound vehicles do not tie up ones wanting to go west

Concern in detail (include landmark): Why add to the congestion we can not go south on 19 past Kensington but the lane to turn east and go straight is closed so now all traffic is in one lane. Pls advise how this is safe
