Pea gravel from alley is piled up on sidewalk. City needs to address this constant problem. Pushing it back up the hill is not a solution. This is a dangerous hazard for elderly, people in wheelchairs etc. Allwy needs proper gravel not pea gravel which acts like marbles when it rains.
