Backlane Maintenance at 3444 Caribou Dr NW Northwest Calgary
There continues to be an issue with water flowing from the alley onto my property. This is a problem now because my concrete walkway to access my waste and recycling bins are on the other side of a lake (soon to be a rink). My husband and I are in our late sixties and based on statistics a fall at our age could be life ending. The issue has arisen for several reasons, but basically the is no longer level. The alley needs to be surveyed and the excess material needs to be trucked out.

Specific details of the issue: It has been graded in the past but neighbors have raked the windrows back out into the alley. Not nearly enough material was removed anyway.
