Provide Specific Details of the Issue: A city installed cement box has had the metal lid flipped open. A spool of black cable has been pulled out, and dropped on the hillside. There's garbage,etc around the open box. The hole is a hazard to walkers

Specific Location details to assist crew to locate: City property just off the NW of the Superstore. It's on the side of a rough pathway used to access Superstore from the ctrain stn overpass. South of the parkade, North of the Superstore
