Describe Issue: There should not be a beg button here. This area has heavy foot traffic. It's also near a homeless shelter for people in wheelchairs. Have some compassion and remove this beg button. The button is also hidden for anyone coming from the south. It is also not adjacent to the bicycle ramp, so people bicycling have no indication when to cross. This is an ALL DAY problem but the system requires to specify.
