Long timing change

Concern: Signal Timing

Road you are travelling on: North and South on Sun Valley BLVD SE

Direction of Travel: South

Time of Day: AM Rush Hour

Describe Issue: I have been traveling southbound for many years and over the recent few months I've noticed the timing take longer for these sets of lights. And take up to 2 minutes if I hit it on a red and have to wait for the left turn light as well with no traffic around. Due to the long delay in the morning people tend to go through the light even on a red because there's no traffic at like 5:00 or 6:00 a.m. . I don't know why there was a change for the timing but it's a huge delay is a safety problem
