I am concerned about the ground is settle after my neighborhood 66 Anaheim circle NE excavated to open a basement door. They backed up the hauling truck and Bobcat on my side. On March 14, 2025 my front column post slipped halfway from my concrete step, I managed to hammer it back in. I noticed that my ground foundation is sunken, I have to put some dirt keep it level little bit. Now I want to make a fences but I don't know if it is safe to dig the post holes. Please, check and let me know everything
